15:00要check in 兩間房被告知要等，結果到了15:15才給我們一間的房卡，說另一間還在掃，結果等到16:00才給另一間，這是從來沒有過的經驗，到了傍晚18:30左右要泡澡竟然沒有熱水，打去櫃檯派了人來說是管線問題？後來又說因為這層只有幾間有人所以沒開熱水，天啊開旅館還怕客戶用熱水？最後到了要睡覺前想多要一條棉被，打去櫃檯竟然沒有人接電話，唉這樣的水準品質真的非常糟糕👎
