- friendly personal - there was a TV, it worked

- Plastic Bedsheet, very old matress - Advertisement in all the Room for their App - no hot water - no towel - no Toilettepaper - room was not cleaned properly - a lot of hairs on the bed - when I asked for a towel I get a used one - no fresh air in the room - no real window - noisy - the area outside the hotel is known as dangerous
