Das Appartement liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Arrecife. Es ist sehr ruhig.

Das benutzte Toilettenpapier durfte nicht in die Toilette geworfen werden, sondern in einen Abfallbehälter !!! Eine Toilettenbürste für das 2. Bad fehlte. Die Ausstattung der Küche dürfte etwas komfortabler sein. Der Wechsel der Handtücher und der Bettwäsche fehlte komplett, das musste selbst gewaschen werden. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Calle Sol sind gering, die Straße ist sehr, sehr eng.

Silence and big home with 2 bathrooms, very enough for 2 people. Great position in the city centre for visit Arrecife walking, strategic solution to visit all Lanzarote parts staying in the middle of north and south.

For the price it wasn't dress up like a real house, we had to buy salt pepper oil, kitchen paper, spray degreaser, toilet paper... many essential things... The worse thing there were no curtains in the whole house... There was too much sunlight coming into the bedroom already in the early morning, so I had to find an alternative solution... not good but I have to add this real part of our stay :) Great position as mentioned before, unfortunately there is not enough space to park the car in the city centre, every single day you have to fight to park the car in the few space available … there are private parkings of course but we pay for comfort not to pay extra things to reach the comfort !

The proximity to the local facilties. Literally 2/3 minutes from the beech and the harbour area. Less than one minute from local cafe, baker and supermarket. Quiet and well maintained apartment block.

The street the apartment is on is very narrow. Taxis would not attempt to access it. Not really an issue to me, but may be if you are not fully mobile.

Very comfortable. we felt at home right away. Uncomplicated check-in We cooked a lot and the kitchen has all utensils and appliances needed.

My boyfriend got lock in the toilet and took two hours until someone could come to open the door, that’s could have been avoid if someone were closer or in person for the checkin
