Location and swimming pool were great. Also the size of the 6 bedrooms was great.

The property did not have a living area. meals had to be eaten by the poolside. Which was fine for us, but if it had rained! Also being 72 years old I had to ask for help getting out of the pool as there was no pool ladder. The maintenance left a bit to be desired as 2 air conditioning units didn't work, one toilet wouldn't flush and one bathroom floor was fully flooded.

The rooms are very nice and with a lot of natural light, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable, the staff was so helpful and the cleaning was well done!

Maybe just an advice, that you should change the toilet seats as they are quite rundown.

All the staff are super super friendly, great smiles and easily approachable. Feels like they always there to support you and giving you privacy in the same time Place neat and clean, lots of green which feels like fresh air, the pool so relaxing and comfy, the room are amazing, traditional and combine touch with modern instructure are just perfect for anyone wants to relax The rice view from top just another thumb up Wifi strong which make everyone happy Thank you, 100 percent we had a great time

Excellent hospitality. And beautiful and clean rooms.

The breakfast spread is very small and quantity is less. They should work on it.

- The staff are courteous and gentle. I don’t think they should be penalized - The pool is nice and the photos is as what’s advertised

The security of the villa was very lax. The thieves climbed up the wall at the villa and entered our room while we were sleeping to steal our bags and cellphone. - On September 25, 2023, robbers climbed over the unsecured low wall that faced the rice paddies, and through our toilet, entered not just one room but TWO ROOMS, to steal two bags and two cellphones (Samsung and Apple). - The robbers did it at 2:20am while we were sleeping. They took my mom’s bag by her bedside floor while she and my aunt were sleeping, and the two cellphones by her bedside table. Then they climbed to my room where I and two young children were asleep, and got my bag from the top of my head, before escaping to the rice paddies outside. - They knew we were women and children on the rooms. We shudder at the thought that if any of us woke up, they could have harmed us - The Samsung phone was tracked 1.5 kilometer from the villa at 8:30am, six hours from the theft, showing that the people who stole were from the area - The villa had CCTV which saw the face of the robber but the villa representative quickly said the robbers were not local! But our rooms/group were targeted and the walk through the rice paddies to our villa could not have been made without planning - We strongly believe the robbers had inside knowledge of our group, and who were sleeping in the rooms. They only targeted the bags and cellphone and bravely entered while we were inside sleeping It is okay for us to have our bags snatched. It is also ok to have someone steal our luggage when we are away. It is even ok for them to steal outside our room while we were asleep But for them to physically ENTER our room at night while we are asleep to steal, and not only enter one room but two, is truly very audacious and out of this world for any traveler. This means that even when you’re at home, it is not safe.

staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the beds are the most comfy things ever. and just all round beautiful. 100% recommended !!

We stayed 2 different villas during our trip in Bali, and Uma Dhari Villa exceeded our expectation. The staffs super friendly and can communicate well in English. Villa's environment is superb and full with greenery. Good for group of people as the villa room very spacious.

Location a bit far from center but it's not a issue for us as we have own transportation service.
