Location

There was a noise outside the balcony that I couldn’t sleep because of. I asked for a solution, and they said that there are no available rooms and they can't do anything about it. The room cleaning was improper. They leave the drinking glasses unwashed until you tell them to. I asked for face towels more than four times, and every time I came back, nothing happened. The washer in the toilet is not installed properly, and the shower room has silicone that goes off every time I take a shower.

We loved this hotel and the whole family went to SPA we did Turkish bath and massage even they have spa kids menu I recommend.
