Excelente playa

La comida, decepción total.

El hotel estaba completamente sobreocupado y la comida era terrible. Hicimos nuestra primera cena y al día siguiente empezamos a sentirnos muy mal. Tuvimos que desplazarnos hasta Riohacha e ingresar al hospital con una intoxicación alimentaria. Fueron las peores 24 horas de mi vida en un hotel. El lugar está desesperado por recibir más y más huéspedes, a pesar de que todavía están construyendo nuevas habitaciones. Como consecuencia, a las 7 de la mañana de un sábado ya se escuchaban ruidos de obras justo frente a nuestra puerta. El personal se veía totalmente agotado y sin preparación para atender a tanta gente, siempre escuchando quejas de los clientes y sin paciencia para nada. No volvería jamás y no lo recomiendo a nadie.

La tranquilidad, los planes adicionales, y el personal. La playa es muy bella y el mar es calmado, bueno para bañarse.

Están un poco deterioradas las sillas de la playa, y faltan más puntos de basura en la playa.

las instalaciones del hotel y la atención de las personas, aunque el personal es insuficiente en número.

La comida. se supone que es tipo Buffet pero debes elegir una opción de dos y en 4 días, sólo comimos rico un vez. No tengo idea qué falla pero deben revisar su sazón. No ofrecen nada típico de la zona, los sabores sólo hacen extrañar la casa. La única vez que estuvo rica la comida (posta cartagenera), los felicité y me confesaron que esa noche no estaba el chef y estaba a cargo un aprendiz.

The property was good, it was a nice room. The service was horrible though. The staff whenever we asked a question didn’t know how to respond or said that it wasn’t there problem.

From the begging the check in the receptionist was super rude and indifferent. Most of the clients are colombian and when they check in they just scan there ID, but when I gave him my passport as I am a foreigner, he sighed and made a face, as if I was giving him more work. Then he proceeds to give us the farthest room, which took us 20 minutes to find. When we get to the room we notice that we don’t have a hammock and our bathroom smells horrible. We go to reception and ask for a room change as the bathroom smells horrible and the same receptionist whose name is Sayer. Says no that he can’t help us. We ask for the hammock and say we will be back in our room in around two hours. When we get back nothing has changed no hammock, and the bathroom still smells the same. The hotel was full, and I understand that he couldn’t do much but I believe that giving us the hammock and for them to do something about the bathroom should have been dealt with. The rest of the stay was pretty much the same. I don’t recommend booking the hotel unless you buy a pack with on vacation, cuz if you do they will treat you horribly. The food was good in the restaurant were you had to pay , but the breakfast was horrible. They had no blame in our inconveniences with our room but the fact that when we asked for help they didn’t do anything and they didn’t make any effort to even sympasize. The worst part is that if you get a room that is very far away, there isn’t even a phone in the room and there is no service so you have to walk 20 minutes to the Recepcion in 40 degree weather just for them to say no cuz they have no fault in your inconveniences.

La amplia variedad en el hospedaje las instalaciones son muy organizadas bonita playa y la mayoría de sus miembros son muy amables también la comida y las bebidas son ricas

Permitir que el grupo alianza haga sus charlas en las instalaciones del hotel deberia de tener a parte su propuesta de servicios tampoco hostigar al turista desde la entrada con dicha charla ya que a través de mentiras convence a las personas para escuchar dicha charla
