Very clean . Great beds

The hotel is a bit dated and not the most modern, but it is kept very clean. The bed linen was fresh and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

The "free shuttle service" was a total nightmare. We arrived at night with very heavy bags. It was dark, our first time here, and the staff over the phone gave terrible directions. We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle. When we finally got to the hotel, the reception staff rudely shouted at us, claiming the driver missed us three times—yet they magically found us right after my last phone call.The next morning, we were told the shuttle runs on demand, but when we tried to book it, we were told that the 10:00 and 10:15 slots were fully booked. The only available time was 11:00, which was too late for our flight. We had to drag all our heavy suitcases to the terminal on foot. The airport is only 500 meters away, but doing this walk with heavy luggage completely ruins the purpose of an airport shuttle hotel. Dealing with the transfer took an hour of our time on arrival and failed us completely on departure.

Bed very comfortable

The driver who drives the shuttle bus is very rude. So many people missed the bus that was booked. He has no communication skills. No one knew what to do. So another bus was ordered for all of us.
