Clarimar Apartment by Hello Homes Sitges

Excellent location, good apartment with access to pool, really appreciated the help organising taxi transport to & from the airport which made our journey seamless!

Check-in was a breeze as the host met us at the designated time to give us keys and a tour of the property. The location was perfect: right on the edge of the city center and a 2-minute walk to the beach. The train station was only a 5-minute walk away. The room had all the necessities and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The grounds were very well maintained.

Though the pool was beautiful, there were no chairs or umbrellas. There is a small park across the street where a few homeless people reside, though they were generally quiet at night. The air conditioner unit is in the living room at one end of the apartment and the cool air will not reach the bedrooms. Luckily the nights were cool when we were there.

I have been visiting Sitges every year for the past 7 years and this location was great for us. Very central to the town and beach front!

Underground parking. Very tight space, impossible to fit a 4x4. Hosts promised there would be no issue. Arrived and squeezed my car into the space allocated which I really didn't want to but wasn't given any other options from the meet and greet person. The following morning my car was found damaged, the front bumper had been hit and dented and there was no evidence of the car that hit the car. No camera's. In order to park securely and in a bigger space I decided to pay 150 Euro's and park my car in a secure car park across the road. I asked the company to compensate me but they did not oblige. I requested for the manager to call me so I could explain my situation but I never got a call back and was told he was on holiday! The apartment was tired and old for the price we paid. A neighbour asked us to turn the sound down one evening when we were watching a movie. Handyman did not speak english and had let himself into the apartment with his keys while my young teenager daughter was in alone. Highly inappropriate and didn't think he should leave knowing she was alone. He stayed trying to fix the telly for over 20 minutes and then left thinking he had fixed it when he hadn't. We had to call him back! The host did not acknowledge the risks around him walking in on my daughter or even apologise. The host is a company called Hello Homes Sitges. They were very defensive when I raised some serious concerns. They didn't want to get involved and had no other helpful suggestions and were not willing to refund me any cost for the price of the parking that I never used. Even as a goodwill gesture I suggested they refund me 75 euros that would help make me feel a bit better but they were not interested. The manager never contacted me. It was not the way I would expect to be treated having paid so much for this apartment. Not good value at all.

The location, was great.. centric and accessible by foot everywhere.

Don't have self access. Someone comes to open you and charge you a hidden deposit, that they said to return upon your leaving. But after a week I haven't received it. The apartment is not well cared, the water pipes are rooting, the beds aren't comfortable, and isn't sound proof, therefore when you try to sleep, you will fail due the amount of noice of the street.

Great place in the heart of Sitges. Well equipped.

Awful pillows, sorry)

Had seen the flat before so knew location was good. Flat was exactly as expected and had everything we needed. Clean and well stocked. Great view over the pool, lovely sunny balcony, good laundry facilities.

Noisy at night from square but nothing much to be done about that. Could have done with an extra set of keys but managed with one. Plates in an odd place!!!
