Sherri Vizzuett 1/5 2 minutes ago on Google MAJOR SAFETY ISSUES AT THIS LOCATION! My experience started with a visit to the pool area to use the jacuzzi. It was being occupied by a couple which we waited over 45 minutes for our turn. At 1hr, I politely asked if we could take a turn. This brought the man to jumping the wall into the pool and charging at me screaming obscenities. I told him i was going for security as he chased me to the front counter continuing face to face verbally abusing me while spitting in my face. A counter "employee" disappeared when asking for security and to call the police. I then called 911 myself. A younger girl appeared which we found was the actual employee, the prior, presenting herself as one was actually her mother! The police came and asked us to go into the pool area while they talked to the couple. He then came to us and said they could not dictate who can use the pool. What did not occur is the removal of an aggressive, threatening guest, verbally assaulting another guest. We told him we were past the pool fiasco but worried about our safety remaining in the same building with this unhinged guest. The couple seemed to be familiar with the staff and we actually questioned whether they were actually guests or just freeloading friends during their shift. Something was off and being the fact the the man was not removed to his room after attacking another guest is beyond unacceptable. He actually was allowed to re-enter the jaccuzi! Upon speaking to the head manager in the morning, i basically got no satisfaction as far as policy and training for this type of incident leading me to move forward with corporate, making a report, as well as blacklisting this location for our company staff to stay in the future. I reminded her through research that comfort inn policy posts risks in pool area such as no running, diving, no unattended children and interesting....15 minutes in jaccuzi for safety and also for all guests to partake. This establishment has nothing of the kind posted and chooses not to reinforce it. Had the man be in plain clothes, and his demeanor, I would have feared for my life but being he only had swim trunks I assumed there was no spot for a weapon. Otherwise I truly believe this could have been a much uglier situation. I came to breakfast in the morning thankfully finding, not the bad actor, but a diningroom filled with military in fatigues. Had they been there the evening before, I am sure the man would have been contained on the floor face down. As it should have been. Unsafe!!! Clueless staff!!

The entire hotel was immaculate. Our room was beautiful and the in room hot tub was very relaxing. It was very quiet so we slept well. Breakfast was hot and fresh and tasty. They literally had something for everyone from central to yogurt, bagels, eggs and sausage .

Internet didn’t work.

The room was incredibly clean. Staff was amazing. Especially the morning front desk lady. She was very informative and friendly.

When we were in the pool with our kids, there was a guy with tattoos that kept wandering around by the windows starring at our kids. And maybe have a dress code for visitors to not wear revealing bathing suits as adults in front of children.

The 1st room we had smelled like cigarettes and them the nice staff moved us and the people staying next too ys were smoking week in there room, made out room and hallway smell like weed. We notified front desk.
