Comfort Suites Chesapeake - Norfolk

The room, as well as the rest of the building that I saw, was clean & well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, not too hard or soft. The desk personnel were always polite & helpful. There were plenty of parking spaces available close to the building. The breakfast was very nice with lots of well stocked choices.

The room seemed to be a little "dark" to me since all of the lighting was "focused" on a specific area of the room. The only ceiling light was just inside the door so I had to turn on almost all of the other lights in order to be able to see around the room. Also, I had to constantly fiddle with the HVAC to keep the temperature at a comfortable level. It seemed like it was always just a bit too warm or a little too cool.

You know a place with how they deal with problems. And there was a problem with a noisy guest across from my room. They dealt with it in a professional manner and it was solved quickly. Thank you for setting and maintaining boundaries
