AmericInn by Wyndham Holland MI

Hotel name has changed to AmericInn by Wyndham. I booked a two queen bed on here but when I received an email it said King bed. The receptionist also clarified it was a King but when we walked in the room it was a two queen bed 🙃. They also ask for a $100 deposit. Light on side entrance was dark. Big dumpster in parking lot and large storage units were weird. Other than that it was clean and a place to rest.

Rooms that were remodeled had awful chemical smell. Pool was out of service Shower was remodeled and was gross Couch in Lobby had a stain on it Manager was rude

Room was clean. Breakfast was good

Slow draining sink. No Pool. Guy at check in wasn’t very knowledgeable.

Property was close to event that we were in town for. Our room look like it was newly renovated. A/C unit looked brand new and worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t participate in the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Beds were a little firm for my liking. There wasn’t a chair for the desk, but we managed just fine. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a more affordable option when visiting Holland, Mi.

There isn’t an elevator and the only ice machine was in the lobby.
