Location was great. Near metro and Kew Gardens.

Needed more places to set toiletries like and it was difficult to curl one’s hair without an outlet near the mirror.

Great location near Kew gardens and Richmond station. Plenty of breakfast food in the room and a fridge.

The bed was very uncomfortable. They need new mattresses.

Location was super nice - we really love Richmond! The room was big compared to other places in London! Little fridge in the room and our dnacks were refilled every day!! Staff was super super nice and helpful!

carpet floor :/ and unfortunately it we noticed that there is a loooot of dust under the bad. We know it is right over a pub but on saturday it was veeeerry loud.. rest of the days it was super :)
