Stunning location, beautiful property and lovely and quiet.

Would have appreciated some oil for cooking, other than that it was perfect.

Recommend - Really Nice Room Quirky in a way and elegant Loved the roll top bath in the room -it was lovely to have a soak as We are renovating our cottage and bath so only have shower. I wish I was there for leisure rather than work - I’d book again.

Common Leys Farm is in the countryside not far from Oxford. After living out of a suitcase for several days, it was great to be able to unpack and stretch out fort a couple of nights. The location is so quiet. The room looks out on a courtyard filled with flowers with a fountain in the center. I slept really soundly and am refreshed after my stay there. I loved seeing the pheasants strutting at the side of the road leading to the farm.

The narrow roads to the farm can be a little nerve-wracking if you're not familiar with them. Arrive during daytime the first time you come.

Common Leys Farm is a wonderful, character filled property and a credit to its owners. It is ideally located to provide an extremely quiet and relaxing rural environment for quests while also being within a short commute to Oxford, Thame and a host of other villages. While the property offers a range of accommodation options my room, which had a separate full kitchen and ensuite bathroom, incorporated many character features, was extremely comfortable and offered the flexibility of being able to self-cater. I very much enjoyed my three night stay and would recommend Common Leys Farm as both a destination for a relaxing holiday and a base from which to explore Oxfordshire.

An amazing place to stay in a beautiful part of the country. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. The room was beyond our expectations, it was unique, clean and the stand alone bath in the middle of the room was a great addition. The grounds and local area was quiet and very picturesque. The perfect place for a relaxing, countryside getaway.

Attention to detail, not quite ‘there’ but otherwise, it was pleasant.

The owners were awesome, went over and above to help a stranded solder.
