Really lovely hotel in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

If you stay and they put you in a room very back overlooking the restaurant roof next door, request to move. The industrial fans or something go all night without letting up. Fortunately I was exhausted and fell asleep. But the noise was quite continuous and voluminous. Otherwise loved.

We stayed here for one night and had a good experience. The hotel is quite charming, very clean, safe, and updated. The location is a little less desirable, however, the friendly helpful staff and the hotel vibe overall makes it well worth the stay. Valet parking is easy and reasonable ($25). A simple breakfast is included and you can also get beer or wine right in the lobby.

Fantastic location, very comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Look forward to staying again next time we’re back in the area.

Our room looked into a brick wall but that was totally ok.
