"Great spot in need of a few updates "

We liked this place and would stay again. However they could make a few changes to make it better. This isn’t a hotel. It’s more of an Air B&B situation... When we got there we had to pick up a key from a guy at a laundry. Ok. Then we get in and there’s no toilet paper. No toiletries of any kind in fact (except the last bar of soap used by previous guests in the shower). We had to have family bring us some. Also no a/c. I looked and found no vents. The listing says toiletries and a/c are included. Now... when we asked, they brought some right away so that was good. Oh and towels. There were two VERY thin and colored towels. No wash clothes and only one hand towel. Again when we asked for more, they provided BUT we had to go and pick them up back at the laundry. Best practice would be to make sure 2/3 rolls of toilet paper and NEW toiletries provided at the time of cleaning after each stay. At least 2 towels per person, wash clothes, and hand towels as well. One last note....the shower. There is no lip blocking water from leaking out in to the bathroom. Spend a little $ and add something to prevent that. Then you’ll have a great little spot for people to come and enjoy the beautiful city of Manizales.
