Firstly the very friendly warm welcome from all the staff that we met ,our room was spacious and had everything we needed including a fan as it was a very warm day , beds were comfortable ,tea and coffee in the room too . The helpful receptionist who helped us to secure a disabled parking space was amazing ! A great breakfast with lots of choices We had a great stay and will definitely be coming back.

"Could be incredible, desperate need of upgrades"

The location, some staff were nice, specifically a woman who worked in the restaurant we bumped into in the elevator. Babble across the way on the beach front is a massive win for this hotel, and being so close to the beach front.

The beds were absolutely awful, like a squishy marshmallow, no support at all and given my health needs I didn't sleep most nights we were there. Had to spend the week we got home recovering from what was meant to be a holiday sadly.
