LA CERCANIA AL CASCO VIEJO Y DE 2 PARKING CON PRECIOS MUY ASEQUIBLES , LA PARTE DE ATRAS DE LA PENSION TIENE UNA VISTA TRANQUILA Y APACIBLE . LA CALEFACCION DE LA HABITACION SUPERBIEN .

POR LO MENOS EN MI CASO ,SIN QUERER DARLE MUCHA IMPORTANCIA ,POR MOMENTOS SE OIA BASTANTE A LOS CLIENTES DE LA HABITACION CONTIGUA ,

Gulvet var meget beskidt. Selv om der var dagligt rengøring. Hjørner og gulv under sengen blev glemt.

The pension is located near the Cathedral, easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. Aprox 15 min to the train station. Our room was facing the garden, so it’s more quiet than the ones facing the street. They have a nice garden but from the first and second floor you see only the trees-nothing else. There is enough space in the room to put your luggage and some shelfs.

The city tax must be paid in another hotel, fee minutes from the pension. The room could have been cleaner. They left only 2 tea bags and 2 coffee capsules for 2 guests/2 nights, the coffee machine is on the hallway, there was not enough sugar, napkins and not even a garbage bin in the room/on the hallway. During the first day and night the cleaning personnel left a heater on, in one of the rooms, to dry some fresh washed mattress. The sound was loud and disturbing, we called reception but they did not stopped it-unprofessional. The following night, the device was moved on another floor, but same, worked all night. Overall, too high price for low services, and not attentive to details compared to many other locations in Galicia.

It is an excellent property, finished with great minimalist direction. Rooms with garden views are especially fine, and the garden is an excellent spot for a siesta. The staff speak excellent English, are super helpful and very attentive to guests’ needs.

It is an old house, so noise from other rooms can be an issue. Most guests who choose to stay here understand this, though.

Das Personal beim Check-in war super freundlich!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war leider inakzeptabel. Auf unserem Camino haben wir zahlreiche Unterkünfte in unterschiedlichen Preiskategorien erlebt – diese war jedoch mit Abstand die teuerste und gleichzeitig die qualitativ schlechteste. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig. Gespräche der Nachbarn waren wortwörtlich mitzuverfolgen, selbst kleinste Geräusche wie Husten waren deutlich zu hören. Zusätzlich sorgte ein nahegelegener Club für erhebliche Lärmbelästigung, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Besonders enttäuschend war die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Das Zimmer war insgesamt nicht ordentlich gereinigt, und das Badezimmer befand sich in einem Zustand, der keinesfalls dem Preisniveau entspricht. Beim Check-out haben wir unsere Kritik angesprochen. Statt einer angemessenen Reaktion wurden wir jedoch vor der Tür auf der Straße abgefertigt – in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton. Für die aufgerufene Preisklasse ist ein deutlich höherer Standard sowie ein professioneller Umgang mit berechtigter Kritik zu erwarten. Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft daher nicht empfehlen.

A localização é maravilhosa, perto de vários pontos turísticos, restaurantes, lojistas. O staff é muito atencioso, tem elevador, um bom chuveiro e o estacionamento nas proximidades é de bom acesso.

A cama poderia ser melhor. Ela possuía uma estrutura instável, o colchão era apoiado em uma estrutura e molas, com pós folgados e fazia muito barulho sempre que me virava enquanto dormia, ao sentar, etc.

Nice rooms, clean and spacious Staff were lovely and helpful

Very noisy Was constant noise and the windows and shutters did nothing to keep the noise out There was a pub very close that was open till 3/4am so lots of noise from that which constantly disturbs you during the night
