ITNon mi hanno mai risposto la conferma del check in, quando sono arrivata ho chiamata diverse volte a due entrambi numeri non mi hanno risposto, ho aspettato circa un'ora finché un altro ospite ci dice che non c'è nessuno e che continue a chiamare per poter entrare, una volta che mi ha risposto mi ha aperto il cancello e poi attacco subito, senza dirmi,numero di camera, codice di porta di ingresso. Nella camera faceva caldo non funzionava il area condizionata, nel bagno alla mattina dopo abbiamo trovato un sacco di formiche.

PTLocation was good and breakfast had many options to choose from.
No support on check in or check out. Nobody was there to receive us or tell us the room number. I had to call a number on whatsapp and the person wasnt very attentive. I tried to check in a bit earlier but I didnt receive any answer. In general there's almost no communication from host. The room 6 (4 adult) state was left to desire. I left some pictures to get the general state but in short there's stuff broken, floor damaged, mold in walls , strange noises from bathroom. In general was in very bad state. The breakfast table only has room for 6 people so it can fill up quickly since theres 6 rooms to rent. At last, you have to pay a 7€/pp per night from Bologne tax which was not mentioned whatsoever on the booking description. Wouldnt repeat this stay

ROProprietarul a raspus foarte greu si doar pe la ora 18.00 am putut sa intram in camera chiar daca el a zis anterior ca putem sa facem check in ul la ora 14:00. Propietarul ne-a spus ca nu are curent dar o sa rezolve problema, in jurul orei 22.00 acesta ne-a spus ca nu o sa rezolve problema cu curentul si nu o sa avem curent, apa calda si incarzire in camere. Acesta ne-a relatat ca nu putem sa folosim nici toaleta deoarece este actionata electric!! Doar dimineata cand ne-am trezit am constatat ca problema cu curentul a fost rezolvata insa nu proprietarul nu a mai raspuns la telefon! Doresc returnarea sumei de bani!!
