La cisterna estaba rota, era bastante ruidoso y bastante alejado del centro

Le comunicazioni hanno lasciato molto a desiderare, ho chiamato il numero indicatomi da quello su booking e mi è stato detto dalla signora che non era di Bologna dopo avermi dato dettagli sulla villa...., così come l accoglienza..non ho mai visto l'host anche se gentile al telefono. Una signora mi ha visto in casa (mentre chiacchieravo con un'altra turista) e non mi ha nemmeno detto benvenuta o almeno un ciao....

Se devi soggiornare una notte...passabile, ci sono tanti piccoli difetti che secondo me se sistemati renderebbero il tutto molto meglio!!! Cambiare materassi e cuscini, attenzione alle lampadine fulminate, il televisore non funziona ....il bagno grazioso e pulito ma cambiare i rubinetti facendo in modo di avere un getto d'acqua decente!!! Così come attenzione alla colazione ....che noi abbiamo scelto di fare fuori!!!....piccole accortezze che non comportano grandi investimenti renderebbero il tutto molto più positivo!! E magari ti portano a tornare!!!

UAPlace is quiet.Bathroom is small, but everything you need was there. Continental breakfast was okay,but after reading other people's reviews, one of us got up earlier to make sure we got enough food,and it was the right choice. Buses to the city central pass nearby.
When checking into the hotel, we had to fill in a bunch of unnecessary data(usually you need only passport details) ourselves using the link that was provided only then, and not in advance. There was a bidet in our room, but it was impossible to use it due to lack of space. There was nothing to clean up the spilled water from the shower on the wooden floor, we had to throw spare towels on it. But the most important problem, the tourist tax (7 euros per person per night,in this case) was not included in the price on Booking, and it was not indicated that it had to be paid at the hotel , this information was written to me in a private message after payment. So be careful, because in the end Booking says that the hotel should have indicated this , but the hotel says that Booking should have done it,and you need to pay in any case.
