Very disappointing. As mentioned, I did the booking using booking.com and it was confirmed. I went to the reception at 10pm on 3rd December and the receptionist laughed at me saying “No room is available at this price INR1169(confirmed on booking.com) Then they asked me to pay more, I didn’t want to anywhere else at this late night since I was with my family. So I end up paying them cash INR2,000 and checked-in I had submitted my aadhaar card too, and they said they will return the aadhaar card along with receipt in my room, but they never appeared. During checkout there was no one available at the reception , so I left without collecting my aadhaar card and receipt. Kindly help me with aadhaar card sent to my address and the receipt for records.

I didnt like a single thing in the hotel.

I have booked an air conditioned room, but the hotel ha given me non-air conditioned room. Even that room is also not properly maintained. No proper cleaning of the rooms. After many requests, they have changed my room and again given me an non-air conditioned room. Fully disappointed by the response from the staff.

The property seemed very dark and dingy. The rooms smelt like smoke and the overall experience was not very pleasant.
