Riad Dar Saba - Saba's House

This riad has set the standard for how all hotel check ins should be done Great hospitality. We could not find the place after being dropped off by the taxi driver. I called the riad and Hamza walked over to fetch us. We were told to rest and were served tea , water and cookies. Hamza also gave us the wifi password and the map of the city before they even asked for our passport. So much attention given to make guests feel welcome. Ibrahim and Jawad has also been very helpful with information. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the riad and chatted with her. Such a pleasant experience overall!

The Riad is in a fabulous location in the Medina for starters but what makes this hotel so special is the extraordinary staff. Each and every person was top notch! And the breakfasts on the roof top (with the best view ever) were incredible!

There was nothing to dislike.

This is a special place; with great attention to detail in a small luxury package. The hotel is in a historic building in the very centre of the old town; however all facilities are modern and work well. To complement the design are the staff; they help and guide but never interfere. This is one of my favourite hotels.

Riad Dar Saba is the best hotel I have stayed at! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed with the beauty of the decors. The staff greeted us warmly with mint tea and moroccan snacks, and gave us good tips re touristy attractions. The location is very easy to access and within walking distances to many attractions. The room we stayed at is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. My father and I were also very impressed by the room cleaning services. They folded our clothes neatly and put everything in places for easy access. We had some drinks on the rooftop the night we arrived, and the night staff Hafid was so friendly, always greeting us with big smiles, and we had good chat about Tangier and the riad. He answered our request for additional couette very fast. Also the staff at the day shift (unfortunately I didnt have a chance asking their names) were very helpful serving us breakfast, helping us with luggage, arranging car pickup services to Hercules Cave and Cap Spartel, and serving drinks at the bar when we came back resting at the riad. The breakfast they served on the rooftop was with great quality and the view from the rooftop was stunning! Last but not least, we met the owner on our day we left and she was so friendly and shared some good restaurants with us in Rabat where we visited after Tangier. Staying at Saba's House is such a great experience during our trip in Morocco and they indeed set a high standard for hospitality! We really recommend everyone visiting Tangier to stay at Saba's House and it will make your visit in Tangier so much fun!
