Breakfast was awesome. Friendly staff helped us a lot. Near the airport, like 5min away.

Breakfast was only starting around 7, thats not nice for early departures. Noise pollution was a minus

Staff was very good

Room is very small compared to family room and no space for personal item storage. The cabinet is unsafe, during opening twice got hit on my head. This should be considered for further improvement

Only 1.9km from T2 this hotel is an ideal 1 night stay if passing through Mumbai. With a couple of decent restaurants nearby and with quiet, comfortable rooms we stopped over twice when flying into and out of India. Staff were generally very helpful (although one young man on reception needs to be taught how to smile and should be trained in customer relations skills) but communications via email, or the Hotels.com messaging system, can be hit and miss and requests are not always actioned without several attempts. Also, during our first stay the bedroom had mothballs in the sink which created an unpleasant background smell in the room. However, despite these reservations, we would be happy to stay here again.
