I called and told you that this place was not going to work for the safety of our work vehicle in trailer. I was told but I could not get a refund to try to get another hotel room that I would have booked through you anyway. I will no longer use your app or website for booking.

I did not like booking.com... Customer Service was embarrassing

Close to city center

-Pictures did not match actual room. - Main curtain did not cover the entire window, leaving a gap for all to see in the room. - Had to pay for parking for each night when that wasn't mentioned on the reservation. - Hair found in most of our bath towels. - Homeless living outside building / parking lot.

they even tried to organize a meeting at the Kindergarten Cop school for me! another very positive thing was the late check in opportunity for me by letting me know the code to unlock the door to my room. Highly recommended. Big thank you!

Cleaner bathroom please?

Filthy, moldy room with stains in carpet and powder on bed. The smell of mold and mildew was so strong that it gave us headaches just 15 minutes in room. The bathroom had a rusted tub drain, the slips mat was not flat and it looked like dried blood on side of tub. Sink had a burnt cigarette mark by it. Bedding was to small for beds and ripped. Had to leave room because it was so bad. I think room was flooded previously and the ignored it, causing major damage. When I told the lady we had to check out due to overwhelming smell, it didn't phase her at all. That place should not be on this list.
