Luxury comfortable characterful hotel. Good sized room. Perhaps one notch below the luxe Four Seasons, Mandarin, Rosewood in Madrid for quality. But characterful and priced accordingly and a great alternative. Very well situated for the Opera, Palace.

Staff really helpful. Sometimes, the serve was forgetful. Lighting in our bathroom was a challenge.

Beautiful building, well located, staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the red level which was very comfortable and Guillermo C. Abella was amazing and took good care of us. We stayed in a very nice and bright corner room, housekeeping did a great job with cleaning and changing towels x 2 daily. We can also highly recommend the restaurant and the rooftop area and pool at the hotel.

Leider nichts - kein echtes 5-Sterne Haus.

Zimmer klein, Bad viel (!!!!) zu klein, A/C funktioniert nur sehr eingeschränkt, Frühstück leider auch nur mittelmäßig. Service nicht präsent, Check in Vorgang dauert fast 10 min. Das Hotel hinterläßt weder in der Hard- noch in der Software einen positiv prägenden Eindruck
