There is nothing to like. Very bad and dirty.

Very bad. They didn't give us the room we booked. Very dirty. No facilities. Mosquitoes everywhere. The worst place I've ever been.🤢🤮

"Parenthèse enchantée à Top Mountain Resort"

Un havre de paix dans cette région centrale, loin des villes polluées et des plages saturées de touristes. Le site est idéalement placé, à 15 minutes de Ella ou Haputale. Nous avions réservé la Villa Deluxe qui offre un panorama depuis son fabuleux toit terrasse sur les jardins alentours. Le chalet est très grand et confortable. Et quel plaisir d'être réveillé par les oiseaux... Et que dire du staff, adorable du début à la fin, et très professionnel que ce soit sur l'hôtellerie, la restauration mais aussi sur les conseils ou l'organisation d'activités. Un grand merci à Misty et son équipe.

"Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage in Mitten der Natur"

Die Lage ist ein Traum und die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist Atemberaubend! Das Personal war sehr bemüht und die neue Managerin unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wer gerne zur Ruhe kommen möchte und in der wunderschönene Natur entspannen will, ist hier genau richtig. Wir sind direkt von der Unterkunft aus los gewandert und haben die ruhige etwas abgelegene Lage sehr geschätzt. Von der Terrasse aus konnten wir Affen, Vögel und die tolle Aussicht beobachten.

Uns haben etwas mehr Abstellflächen, besseres und helleres Licht gefehlt und das ganze ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein dürfen. Dies haben wir der neuen Managerin weitergeleitet und wenn an diesen Dingen etwas gearbeitet wird, kommen wir gerne wieder an diesen schönen Ort.

Pensamos que el lugar iba a ser especial pero no lo fue

Cucarachas en la habitación, nos cambiaron de habitación por 10 cucarachas y en la siguiente algo mejor también hubo, problemas con el agua, problemas con el wifi, si todo podía salir mal, así fue… no lo recomiendo… muy mala energía…
