La Paradis Villa

Great stay! Communication was excellent from the start. I arrived late from the airport and the late check-in was no problem at all. The staff was always available and ready to help. Really appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

The staff greets you by your name, they were friendly and helpful. Clean room under 15 minutes. Delicious breakfast sent to the room every morning.

The outdoor and pool area looks like they could benefit a good scrub. The decorative pillows covers and cushions cover needs a wash. It has a "begger" smell

The villa is ideally located in Canggu, set back from the main road to provide a peaceful retreat while still being within easy walking distance of many excellent cafés and restaurants. It is also a short walk to the Wrong Gym, a fantastic wellness facility and an ideal place to spend the day. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always accommodating to our needs. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and well appointed, with comfortable, clean beds that made for a very enjoyable stay.

Our upstairs room was quite dark and slightly musty, with limited access to fresh air compared to the downstairs room. The air conditioning and water pressure upstairs were also not as strong. The downstairs room felt much more comfortable, with good airflow, direct access to the pool, and no noticeable issues with either the air conditioning or water pressure. We also experienced some minor plumbing issues with the toilet, but we’re unsure whether this is a broader issue common in Bali.

Rooms and bathrooms in the 2BR villa were nice, comfortable and spacious but could do with some refurbishment. Suit those who are not looking for luxury. Pool was a good size. Location was excellent for those who prefer quieter areas but like convenience - huge number of eating, spa and shopping options you can walk to such that you can avoid the main areas. Short walk to the beach. Staff were attentive and onsite until 11pm each night. They arranged room decorations to celebrate a birthday.

Breakfast options/quality and timeslots were limited. Ventilation in bathrooms could be improved. Kitchen/dining area wasn’t fully functional - stove was unplugged, no pots/pans, nowhere to plug in kettle.
