The staff were very friendly and always willing to help if we needed something. They asked us daily if we wanted our room to be cleaned and would do so without hesitation. Breakfast was excellent, with three choices: continental, English, and Indonesian their juices was perfectly taste good. There was also 24/7 security in addition to the CCTV installed in the villas. We will definitely come back and visit again; it's perfect for a family holiday.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The 24-hour security gave us great peace of mind and made us feel very safe throughout our stay. Everything was kept spotless and well maintained, which made the environment very comfortable. Everyone we interacted with was kind and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend.

The only downside was in the mornings when our next-door neighbor had room service. They were still asleep, the staff kept knocking on the door and calling “room service” for quite a while. This ended up waking us up and made mornings a little less pleasant. I understand that the rooms are close together, but perhaps if there’s no response after a short time, the staff could return later to avoid disturbing other guests.

Nice location- quiet for the most part, near good restaurants. Breakfast was simple and nice- recommend the American one, as it is more substantial. All the staff were friendly and nice. Pool was clean and depth just nice for relaxing.

We had issue with water supply on first night and 2nd morning, but was all good after that. Toilet is big but not many place to hang clothes or towel, sink was too high for my height (I am 5ft)

Il manquait 2 transats , le petit déjeuner n'est pas waouhhhh. Tjs les mêmes plats...

Tres belle entrée bordée de bambou. Très jolie piscine privée. Bien adapté pour deux couples. A 5 min de la plage.
