Sundune Guest House

Comfy and huge bed, lovely staff and 8 min from Addo South Gate. The breakfast was really good with fresh fruit salad, muesli, yoghurt, your choice of eggs and toast. The room was cleaned every day, the aircon was good and it's quiet during day and night despite the proximity to the N2 and the petrol station around the corner. We would stay there again.

Very friendly personnel. Extremely comfortable beds! Handy short stay if you visit Addo Elephant Park. The restaurant at walking distance has good food and drinks

View at the parking place. Swimming pool is at another location, so you have to walk to another house. There is nothing else to do than visit Addo Elephant Park. If you have been to Kruger, we would skip it, unless you only want to visit a malariafree park. For us it was a little disappointing after our amazing time in Kruger. But that is not to blame to this accomodation.

Sehr freundicher Empfang, sehr viel Platz auf dem Gelände mit Vorgarten, Garten nach hinten raus mit Zugang zum Fluss, und dann noch ein schöner Pool auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Wären wir früher angekommen, hätten wir uns gern auch tagsüber hier aufgehalten. Der Dünen-Park ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und daher war die Unterkunft für uns ideal. Danke!

We stayed at Sundune Guest House mainly because we needed a place quickly. The host was very kind and attentive, which we really appreciated. The room itself was clean and generally comfortable, but unfortunately there were many dead mosquitoes everywhere, and we also had quite a few live ones — we spent most of the evening trying to get rid of them. A mosquito net would make a big difference. The location is a bit close to the main road, so it can be noisy if the window is open. Also, the pool is not on the property itself, but a few houses away. Overall fine for a short stop, but there is room for improvement.
