Property was pretty but terrible smell in room that smelled like sewer gas. Unfortunately, happened on a daily basis and front desk did not address except to let us know that he had checked it out and that we were mistaken. Provided late check out which was nice, but charged us for first night even though we didn’t stay because of a missed ferry to the island. Overall feeling, I would not go back and will stay on the beautiful island of Spetses again but at a different property!

Staff is very professional. Hotel is in a great location. We love how easy it is to access the beach with a wonderful staff out there. Front Desk is very helpful with recommendations, and happy to call restaurants to book reservations. Breakfast setup is good.
