"舒適，CP值不錯"

住宿位置在台東火車站附近，進市區及去其他景點都算方便。雖然沒有人在場管理，自由度很高，每天會有房務人員來整理，人員非常親切服務到位。有免費自助洗衣機和烘衣機可以使用確實很方便，住宿的人不多不用等。房間很寬廣，4人家庭住宿足夠用。周邊停車也方便。

因為是民宿型的房間算是不錯了，要改善的地方確實比較沒有，只是抽水馬達的聲音比較大而已。

地點離台東火車站大約走路 7 分鐘，床、枕頭、棉被很舒適，環境安靜。 旁邊有新設置的 U-Bike 點，方便租借。 房間內有一張大小適中的書桌，很適合商務出差晚上工作。

電視選台建議可以增加公共電視，書桌旁的椅子建議可以檢查，有一點不穩，會擔心突然解體。
