Clean room, super friendly staff, allowed me to check in a bit early because room was ready. Parking was convenient. Building felt safe.

Neighbors upstairs and next door were noisy/loud and I could hear everything late at night, etc.

The Pros - King bed was very comfortable, room was clean, and it was quiet for sleeping. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and pleasant to deal with.

The cons - King suite was pretty small; I wouldn't even call it a suite. There was almost no separation between the sofa area and the bed either. The sofa bed was not even a sofa, it was a loveseat and was useless as the mattress was so thin and uncomfortable, the floor was better than the sofa bed. So, one of us didn't get a good night's sleep. I had also emailed the property well in advance about a room with two separate sleeping areas, most suites have those... I never got a response. I would've booked two separate rooms had the hotel emailed me back and told me there was no separation between the bed and the sofa bed. I would not recommend booking the "King Suite" unless you're traveling alone or both parties are sleeping in the same bed and just want to use the sofa bed as a sofa.

You definitely can’t have that kind of mattress in the sofa!!! Did you try it? Even my 6yo couldn’t sleep there ! Never seen this before !!!
