I gave 5 star nice review last time, which I deleted because I had a very frustrating experience this time. They gave us a very filthy room š¤® Me and my daughter arrived at the hotel around 9.40 pm, drove all the way from San Jose. I complained about the room and wanted them to move us to another room but the mean lady refused to do so. She told us they didnāt have any room left and I mentioned about the booking.com shows thereās still 4 rooms available. She said she cannot give us another roomš” I took videos of that room to show how dirty and filthy the room was. Unfortunately it didnāt allow me to upload the video here. The rug and bed sheet has lots of stains, one of the pillow cover has those pubic hairš¤®seems the housekeeping didnāt change after the guest. The couch looks like some homeless people lived there, huge patches of stains everywhere and ripped off. Itās just gross but we had no choice we had to stay there since we paid already and it was late. I got my body so itchy that I couldnāt sleep well. The flat sheet and blanket doesnāt smell fresh š¤® Never Going Back Again š”
