USKitchen and cleaning staff were very friendly. Check in staff was okay. Manager was friendly.
A front desk staff gave me a hard time when requesting breakfast accomodations to take my meds. She made up after I requested a manager twice. Check in staff needs to smile. Some rooms are worn out a bit. But they provided me with a change of room upon request. The manager was nice. Just some nuances. Like people smoking on non non-smoking areas. Overall a good stay.
USI had to get my room switched twice and the third time I was still disgusted but I didnāt want to keep being a problem. My first room I was given was absolutely trash, giant stains all over the couch it smelled like cigarettes the chair was torn up and there was crackheads standing right in front of my door. Asked to switch which they did but the manager I believe it was told the staff to go check my room like my word wasnāt credible enough to see if it smelled. The second room was just as bad if not worseā¦. Stains everywhere on the couch and headboard and the walls in the bathroom, large pieces of gum stuck to the floor in multiple placesā¦ tv taken off the wall. I called again and apologized for being so picky but I need to feel comfortable. They came to my room to check and see what I was saying was true once againā¦ there was no denying the room was horrible. They walked me next door to another room which was better but not really. Blood splatters on the walls in the bathroom stains still on the headboard and burn marks all over the night stand. Every time I came out of my room I was greeted with crack heads glaring at me. I was only passing through for the night and didnāt want to spend too much money but that was my mistake. Wonāt return ever even if Iām passing through and everything else is 300 a night and this place is 100 Iāll just spend the extra money to not feel like Iām sleeping in a crack house

USI love the fact it had an atm machine in the lobby and they accepted cash for the deposit. It was quiet . Check In Was Fast .
