Really lovely vibe. We had some maintenance issues in the suite we booked. We did not think they were dealt with very well. The promised whirlpool bath didn't whirl! The staff were a bit hit and miss - expected more at this level (and price)

Lovely vibe throughout, great welcome. Most of the staff were friendly but some a bit aloof. The pool girl with the red outfit giving out towels needs a special mention she was terrific. Javier and Alfonso also get a mention

Some maintenance issues which were not well resolved. Also we don't feel overall it was worth what we spent. It was good, but not great. 5* needs to be memorable

La struttura é molto bella, vicino al centro di Es Pujols. Personale cordialissimo e super professionale, ottima e ricca colazione, bella piscina, buone le strutture fitness. Lo consiglio a tutti, bellissimo.

Se devo trovare un fattore negativo, peccato non si affacci sul mare e le camere sono un po’ piccole per lo standard dell’hotel.
