The heater will be provided on a chargeable basis.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. They cancelled my booking on there own and even booking.com was not able to get me a better booking. I m using booking.com since 2012 and this was my worst experience, u can say that was a nightmare. Now i seriously thinking either to use booking.com in future or not
