I was denied accommodation and later charged ₹500 more than the booking amount.

The rooms were not cleaned properly. And even the blanket was not warm for the season. Also the blanket cover was too loose and uncomfortable.

"My stay was disappointing due to unclean rooms, a dirty bathroom, and hassles with room charges."

The location.

The room was unclean, with dirty toilets. I had to request a change due to the condition of the room and restroom, and was given a smaller room while initially being asked to pay for a larger one. I eventually spoke with the Treebo manager to adjust the charges for the smaller room. Overall, the room quality did not match the cost.
