Sunswept Condos by Hosteeva

I booked a 2room condo once arriving we got a 1bedroom 1.5bath which was definitely not expected considering 2 adults 2 kids for 4 nights. Unfortunately our vacation was a little cramped.

Room price was fair but the $275 resort fee was a complete ripoff. There were no amenities to warrant that cost. The pool was acceptable but basic and there was no included beach services. The building needs a facelift. My daughter and I had good time but I regret not just getting a hotel room instead, we would have paid less even with eating out for every meal.

The condo was amazing and roomy! Everything was super clean and we all felt right at home.

Was a great location and quite. But be prepared for resort tax, nearly doubled the cost of our stay ☹

Condo was very nice with a great view but if you book thru vrbo be prepared for unseen fee's at check in of $275 and the property management blames vrbo and VRBO blames the property management. It's the blame game.

FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT LOCATION

It is very close to the beach, When the weater picked up, the pool was a welcome addition. Having a shopping center across the street and plenty of restaurants was very important. I would recommend this, hope to visit again someday.

Beautiful beach view but lamps didn't work (no bulb), uncomfortable furniture AND..the "resort amenities" fee was a TOTAL RIP OFF!
