Initial room was nasty smoke smell. Poor quality and not what we expected from this brand..... Although signs posted say it is a 'smoking-free' hotel - there is nothing 'smoking free about it..... Dissapointing.....

Attendant did change our room to one that was clean and did not smell of smoke. This property needs work to bring it up to acceptable standard......

"Between the falling-apart furniture and mold actually growing inside the picture frames, this room was a health and safe"

The room was nothing like the photos. It had very old and dirty window treatments. There was an old dirty sock from a previous guest next to the night stand, bed that sounded like it would collapse at any moment every time you move, shower head and fixture in the bathroom were covered in rust and calcium. There was also mold on the glass of the artwork in the room. I feel like, for the most part, house keeping did a good job ensuring the room was as clean as it could be but the room was falling apart. Definitely not a room to pay over $100 for a night.
