Location was good

I booked 5 rooms. When we arrived after midnight keys were left on reception desk and there were only four keys in my name. Another set of keys were in another persons name and I thought that maybe they had lifted mine or hotel had made a mistake. I took this room as it was next to our other four rooms. The next morning we got a phone call to room telling us to vacate it immediately as we had not booked. They turned off the electric and it was still dark outside at this time. The two people I had put in this room are elderly and very annoyed at what happened. I went to reception and showed them that I had booked and paid for five rooms. I did not even get an apology from the staff. If the keys to this other room had not been available we would have been left with no room for the night. Overall very unsatisfactory.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Although everything seemed fresh, the selection was extremely limited — just some cold cuts, cheese, and bread. The coffee was of poor quality, and the juices were even worse. The only vegetable available was a tomato.
