You don't advertise carparking, then when I asked the non English speaking receptionist about having a carpark, she became confused and offered me a carpark pass for Wilson parking. I was not informed about this, nor was it advertised on your website, or at check in with your non english speaking receptionist. So I had to pay $200 for parking as I was not made aware of Brady Hotels affiliation to Wilson parking. Thanks heaps.

Location

Take onsite parking off your site, the parking your staff recommended was 400-500 metres away from the hotel. Very inconvenient. If I had have known that I would not have booked the venue

"Great location and perfect for a weekend away for couples"

Great location, very comfy bed, variety of restaurants and cafes right outside, easy access to public transport and very close to State Library Victoria, including Melbourne Central. Friendly staff. Perfect for a couple's weekend getaway.

Shower pressure needs working on, wifi is a bit choppy & needed to be connected to regularly as it kept dropping, window only opened a tiny bit so maybe some screens would help so they could be opened wider, space around the bed was a bit small, was unaware of the gym and self service laundry as we were not told upon check in, no biggie but would've been nice to know.
