The staff were fantastic. We arrived very stressed with a faulty car and throughout our stay the staff could not have been more helpful and kind and as a result we would happily stay there again. The breakfast was very tasty, and the eating area very pleasant. Excellent shower. Plenty of parking.

our room was a little small, but we coped and the staff, food and location made up for that.

The accommodation was a little tired and although a listed building the windows do need attention

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of dishes and everything you could need provided. Room was very comfortable and again provided everything you would need. Plenty of help checking in and booking car parking etc.

Under Bristol airport flight path, from 6am to 8 am 20 planes an hour. Room rather small with no ventilation. I.e window could not be opened.
