Giacomo nous a réservé un très bon accueil dans son bel appartement très bien équipé et surtout idéalement situé pour visiter San Giminiano.En plus il nous a indiqué un parking gratuit à 2 pas. Merci encore Giacomo On a passé un très bon séjour.

Appartamento bello, in ordine,vicino al centro ma fuori da confusione e traffico. Il Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliatissimo per una bella vacanza.

Great location, 10 minute walk from the old town. There was free parking cca 150-200m away, but you can park o the pavement next to the house, so you can carry the luggage upstairs. Apartment is big with two bedrooms, kitchen and dining area, nice bathroom, washing room with washing machine. Each room has air conditioning and TV if you need it. Furniture is nice and relatively new, there is everything you need (dish washer, big fridge, microwave, hair dryer, coffee machine. We stayed here with our toddler and it was comfortable. If you have a baby it is a good option, but the hallway and stairs is a bit narrow, so it might be difficult to carry te stroller upstairs. You could leave it in a separate room next to the entrance, where you have access to (an area with bins and cleaning supplies. It is big and could be used for storing strollers or bicycles). The host was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

The layout of the apartment is in U shape, so there isn’t a big living room there, but you won’t stay indoors much when in Tuscany anyway :)

Vicinissimo al centro, ma quel poco fuori da essere perfetto per il parcheggio. La casa aveva davvero tutto, anche le cose di prima necessità . Letti comodissimi.

Struttura accogliente e in ottima posizione. Piccolo set colazione apprezzato.

Niente di negativo

La ubicación es perfecta, aunque está fuera de la zona amurallada en un minuto estás dentro. Las indicaciones de Giacomo para aparcar antes de llegar son de gran ayuda, no hemos tenido problema ningún día para aparcar en zona gratuita. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin ningún problema.

Más que no gustarme, como sugerencia, cambiaría los dos sillones por un sofá un poco más cómodo que después de todo el día de ruta apetece.

Appartamento molto bello, curato ed ordinato. Ha tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie, lavasciuga, microonde ecc..)

Great location, host was very quick to communicate and help when needed! Apartment was set up very well and had what I needed. Would come back and stay.

Only complaint would be the bed wasn't that comfortable, and the pillows were extremely thin. Outside of that everything was good.
