A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa , são ágeis para tomar decisão , o quarto bom , o café da manhâ com boa variedade, o serviço de limpeza do quarto muito boa , a localização muito boa para chegar no centro da cidade e em Petrolina .

O wi fi só funciona no térreo até o segundo andar. precisa melhor esse quesito que ficou muito a desejar.

O estacionamento é pequeno, cabendo poucos carros.
