Un peu compliqué pour obtenir les codes d accès, mais après rien à dire!

Super centrally located, the Donna Teresa guesthouse provided us with a very warm welcome. The rooms, located in a historical building right off the piazza del duomo, are airy and beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfortable. The ladies running the guesthouse were truly wonderful and made every effort to address our needs and the allergy concerns of my husband. It was so nice we decided to stay a few extra days.

Location was just a 5min walk from Napoli central station The area around the station seems to have been cleared of all the riff raff that where there last time I visited Naples a few years ago. There are lots of soldiers walking about so the area is now very safe. Room was basic but absolutely perfect for what I needed. Great contact with staff via WhatsApp and they'll meet you there at your arranged check in time to give you keys. Wifi strength seemed fine, safe in room, fridge, good amount of coat hangers, kettle and coffee and tea in room, bedside plug sockets that are always great. You need to run the water for about 30 seconds before the hot water comes through then its fine. Shower was good. The room was perfect for what i needed and great value for money if you're not looking for luxury.

You can leave your luggage there after check out and they give you a set of keys for the building to access it that you just leave in the building after retrieving your luggage but because reception isn't manned all the time your luggage is just left unattended in the reception area where other guests walk past which you always worry about even given the reception area is locked. Thats about all I could find even slightly negative about it
