Breakfast was OK, nothing fancy to be sure, but nothing bad either. The room was very comfortable and had everything you'd expect.

The bed was not redone after the 1st day (we were there 2 nights), although the towels in the bathroom were changed.

"Will Not Return"

I can't say. We were told that the hotel was full at check in. And even though we booked weeks in advance and paid for the room in full at the time of booking that we had to stay at a different location

The customer service at this location is atrocious. I have talked to two different employees about the refund we were promised, one being a customer service manager and have been made to feel foolish, humiliated, and less than smart after both conversations.
