Hotel Indigo - Chester by IHG

Central location, quiet, clean, comfortable.

The bathroom doors don’t give much privacy but this does seem to be the norm these days!

We stayed for one night and had a really great stay. The staff ( Sophie on reception is the only name I can remember!) were all genuinely friendly and helpful. They really seemed to care. Lovely decor everywhere. We just had a standard twin room which wasn't huge but more than ample for us. It was very clean, with the shiniest bathroom I've seen in a hotel! Great atmosphere in the bar and again lovely staff. All in all a really great hotel in a great location. Would recommend it to anyone.

You no longer get the mini bar and snacks with a deluxe room.

Very clean room and facilies, comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

The property was great, misleading that parking is someway from the hotel which booking.com doesn't make clear.

This hotel is located in the city centre so very convenient for a trains and buses the hotel itself is very clean and well presented as was my room (402) reception staff were friendly, polite and welcoming

Room was lovely and modern with nice facilities. Breakfast was delicious. Bed and pillows were so comfortable.

Parking is the only issue,but we found space nearby all be it expensive

No place to park. Nearest car park 8/10 minutes walk. It was difficult for me to find and it was raining which made it more unpleasant. Very awkward should you have to go back to the car for something.
