"Unfreundlicher Empfang bei der Anreise"

Das Zimmer ist groß und recht gemütlich. Der Balkon von Zimmer ging über die Ecke und wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht. Wir konnten immer mit offener Balkontür schlafen, da es trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig ist. Eine Kapsel- Kaffeemaschine ist auf dem Zimmer.

Die Reinigung des Zimmers war unzureichend. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Handtücher nicht ausgetauscht und der Abfalleimer nicht entleert. Kaffeekapseln wurden nicht aufgefüllt.

"Nice hotel and lovely staff. Probably wouldn’t stay again but handy to get into Chester city centre"

Breakfast was very good and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Meals was very good. Good to have 2 double beds in a room. Shower was superb and nice clean towels and linen.

The only problem the air conditioning was not very good. It turned itself off and it was very hot in the room during the night. Also, no window in the room which could be opened to help with the heat I. The room.
