"I would definitely recommend this hotel."

The room was clean and comfortable, there were cans of water in the fridge, biscuits were provided and there was fresh milk in the fridge for use with tea or coffee. Although we didn’t use it, we were amazed to see this rather than the long life milk which is often provided. Staff were helpful and messaged us to ensure that we were given a suitable room. Breakfast was excellent.

"Great for a short stay."

Location is prefect for getting around Chester. Managed to get an early check in, that was nice. Breakfast was good with a good service.

No parking at the hotel.

Staff were excellent. Couldn’t do enough for you. The location was better than expected. A short walk to the park, river and city centre.

Excellent location, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the hotel was very clean, lovely lounge area to have an evening drink.

Disappointing breakfast, cooked breakfast cold. Hash browns rock hard. Tea/ coffee not very hot. The hotel is of such a high spec however this is what lowered the rating on this review.
