Serenity Hill Bed and Breakfast

Breakfast was wonderful. the Hosts were awesome because they took my food allergies seriously and made sure all breakfast items were things that I could eat. They also let us know that it would be a good idea to purchase Mammoth Cave tour tickets before we got to the Mammoth Cave National Park before we got there so we would be able to tour the cave. Especially since we were only going to be in the area for one day.

we were not crazy about having to remove our shoes to enter their house.

I really enjoyed the Breakfast, and the dining area allowed all guest to engage in conversation and exchange previous experiences of each other's travels.

Cicadas only have one volume setting. We needed to think a little bit to remember to remove our shoe's before entering the House.

Cozy and cute. We had stayed in a lot of hotels on our trip and wanted something different.

Everything was great.

Great food. Well prepared and creative recipe.

Found the wifi confusing and was not able to sign on successfully Minor annoyance for one night stay

I liked that the owners thought about their guests needs, and provided their guests with a comfortable spot to refresh.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Breakfast was great, there was plenty Closeness to the National Park Quiet Bed was comfortable Guests were friendly. Shower was fine and bathroom overall was clean and stocked. Easy to find location and to get to the park. Refrigerator available in shared space to keep stuff cold if necessary and microwave. Swing area around a fire pit out back, not sure if kindling was provided. But it was nice to sit there and have a coffee.

More enjoyable snacks to have during day and evening. ie pastries rather than the candy that was available. Fresh fruit possibly. They had popcorn and oatmeal to make unfortunately I couldn't eat the popcorn but others may enjoy that. Coffee wasn't ready all day, I guess I could've made a pot in the evening but they did have instant available. A coffee maker/pods in the rooms would've been great but I get the safety reasons for not having them. Had some trouble with the internet but wasn't using streaming sources to watch TV just what was provided and TV was freezing on and off. A minor inconvenience but I didn't bother the host for that since it was a short stay. I'm certain they would've helped if it was bright to their attention. Home was comfortable overall. Very serene area nice to sit on the porch and decompress. So minor glitches were just that minor.
