"It was okay but not great"

The staff and room

Only one elevator. Then the ppl before us got stuck on that elevator for a while had to take stairs key card didn’t work for door and had to check out late due to couldn’t get belongings out the room

"worst hotel I ever stayed at"

The area was great

only one working elevator for 25 floors. There was no water in the pool bedbug in our room. It took 30 to 45 minutes to get on the elevator. Also, I paid through booking in the hotel tried to charge my card.

"Save your time and don’t bother staying here."

Less said the better.

Very abrupt welcome from the check in staff, not friendly at all. Just gave us our keys and told us our room number. Nothing else. For a hotel with 25 floors, the night we arrived only one elevator was working. We found this out for ourselves, when we found the elevator’s and there was a group of about 30 people waiting. When we eventually got to our room, it was dated, dirty and all round not pleasant. Hotel was very noisy and could hear a lot of traffic, even on the 18th floor. Next morning none of the elevators were working. Had to carry our cases down 18 flights of stairs. At check out, no apologies for the issues.

"Awful elevator situation and smelly room"

I’m here for graduation. I would NOT recommend this hotel. The elevators did not work all weekend. Only one of four elevator worked intermittently. By the end of our stay, 0/4 elevators worked. We had to carry our luggage down 8 flights. The AC was weak in our room and it smelled like damp towels. The linens seemed clean thankfully. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fair (eggs, muffins, bacon) but the waffle maker was an absolute disaster. The hotel needs a total renovation. The elevators were really the worst part.
